The Hastings YMCA offers both competitive/recreational Adult Sports leagues as well as recreational Youth Leagues, Clinics, and Camps for ages 3 and up.

YOUTH

The YMCA, through Christian ideals, strives to promote good health, confident kids and family unity for a better community and life. We modify our sports to ensure participants have fun as they learn new skills. Each session stresses skill development through games and drills. Our goal is to have fun as we teach basic fundamentals and develop coordination and basic motor skills.

Our Youth Sports programs provide children the opportunity to enhance their social, cognitive and physical skills by practicing and playing organized games that promote sportsmanship on and off the field. All leagues are available to novice and experienced players alike. All leagues are coached by VOLUNTEER COACHES.

ADULT

Our Adult Sports leagues offer competitive and recreational leagues depending on the sport of your interest. Women's & Coed Volleyball, Mens Basketball, and AdultFlag Football are offered as team sports.  

Leagues provide an 8 week schedule, including a single-elimination tournament to follow. Standings are updated on a weekly basis. Get your team signed up and have a great time on the Hastings YMCA courts and fields.
